A Treasury of Dissolution

Inspired by a call for a miniature art works in the spring of 2020, which determined the maximum size of 5x7cm, I started making small assemblages and then couldn’t stop. They were made from scraps, offcuts, fragments and discarded objects and materials. Each piece was painstakingly considered, assembled and crafted, and given a customised protective box.

In 2020 the Treasurer accepted a total of 192 entries into the collection, numbered nonconsecutively. Incorporation into the Treasury is an acknowledgement of the value contained in the pieces and ensures their safekeeping. A full-colour catalogue of the 2020 collection is available.
